Can I Cancel Anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be charged. We don’t lock you into long-term contracts — stay only if you’re getting value.
Are there additional fees?
The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS & Email. If you would like additional bots built for you these are charged per bot.
Do you offer support?
YES! We provide you with help docs, video how to tutorials, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and even Live Chat tech support. If that's not enough, we also offer on-demand Zoom support. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!
Do I keep everything if I cancel?
You’ll keep access until your billing cycle ends. Because all sites and automations run on our managed platform, exported files or assets aren’t included after cancellation, but we can help you migrate data if needed.
How long does setup take?
Setup is typically completed within 7–10 business days after receiving your onboarding info. You’ll get progress updates and a final walkthrough before we hand it over.
VRT Subscription Policy
All VRT Growth Systems plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team before your next renewal date. Upon cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds
Because each subscription includes a done-for-you system build, setup, and onboarding, we cannot issue refunds once services have begun or access to the platform has been delivered. Our goal is client success — if you experience a technical issue or service problem, our support team will work quickly to resolve it.
Billing Terms
Payments renew automatically on the same day each month (or year). Failed payments will retry automatically; after multiple failed attempts, your account may be paused until updated payment details are provided.
